Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. Feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to the platform by users may be used by Nustabet freely without any obligation of compensation or attribution. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. By using the platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any claims that cannot be settled amicably. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
